Payment Options:

3. Client Responsibilities:

  • The Client agrees to promptly provide any requested documentation.
  • The Client agrees to pay all fees as outlined in the payment schedule.
  • The client agrees to not contact the credit bureaus or creditors directly, while Pearson Credit Repair is actively working on their case.

4. Fees and Payment:

  • The Client agrees to pay a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription fee as outlined in the selected service plan.
  • Payment is due according to the payment schedule.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Term and Termination:

  • This Agreement shall commence upon the Client’s acceptance and continue until terminated by either party.
